1. What is included in the activation fee?
Your fee includes:
• Physical retail space for the duration of the activation
• Brand placement within a curated environment
• Promotion across THESTREETSARECOLD channels
• Access to footfall during the event
• Basic in-store support during trading hours
Any additional promotional content or styling services are discussed separately where applicable.
2. Is my space secured once I’m approved?
Approval does not secure your space.
Your space is secured only once full payment has been completed.
Spots are limited and allocated on a first-paid basis.
3. What kind of brands do you accept?
We curate brands based on:
• Product quality
• Brand identity
• Market readiness
• Stock availability
• Alignment with the activation location
We do not operate on a “first come, first served” basis without review.
4. Do you guarantee sales?
No.
Physical activations provide exposure, footfall and positioning opportunities.
Sales performance depends on:
• Product-market fit
• Pricing strategy
• Stock selection
• Brand engagement
• On-site presence
We create the opportunity — execution remains with the brand.
5. How much stock should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
• Best-performing pieces
• Clear price points
• Enough stock to sustain 2 full days of trading
Specific recommendations may be provided once confirmed.
6. Do I need to be present?
For most activations, yes — we strongly encourage brand presence.
Direct engagement increases conversion and brand impact.
7. What happens if I cancel?
Payments are non-refundable once secured.
In certain cases, credit toward a future activation may be considered at our discretion.
8. Will you promote my brand?
Yes — all participating brands receive:
• Placement within activation promotion
• Mentions across TSAC social channels
• Inclusion in activation announcements
However, brands are also expected to promote their participation to maximise impact.
9. Can I participate in multiple cities?
Yes.
We offer individual city placements as well as full-tour options.
Priority is given to brands activating across multiple locations.
